Day-by-Day Itinerary
Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel, residence, or the airport in Nairobi by a professional Marula Horizon Safaris representative. Enjoy a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley as you journey to the world-renowned Maasai Mara National Reserve. Upon arrival, check in at your selected camp or lodge and enjoy a delicious lunch. In the afternoon, visit a traditional Maasai Village for an authentic cultural experience, where you will learn about the customs, traditions, and daily lifestyle of the Maasai people. Return to the camp in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay, surrounded by the beauty of the African wilderness.
After an early breakfast, depart at 6:00 AM for an extensive guided game drive in the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Accompanied by an experienced safari guide, explore the reserve's diverse landscapes and search for the Big Five and other iconic wildlife in their natural habitat. Enjoy a packed lunch at a scenic picnic site within the reserve, allowing you to maximize your wildlife viewing experience.
